As HR-generalist you are the first point of contact for all HR related issues and you will provide fast and effective HR
support throughout the organization. Besides managing HR administration, this also comprises
recruitment, onboarding, advising colleagues and management on HR policies and employment law,
contribute to developing and implementing new policies. You will support with HR projects and you
will continuously look for ways in which HR can deliver better support to the organizational
development. You are able to analyze data, prepare management information and support and
challenge line managers on KPI’s.
In this role you are an ambassador for the organizational culture and values and you take initiatives
to support the management to have these anchored within the organization. You are part of the
management team of Interstrap B.V., and you report directly to the HR Manager Netherlands.
* Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management;
* Experience in a similar job, (preferably in a matrix organization);
* Knowledge of Dutch employment law;
* Able to identify bottlenecks and propose improvement opportunities;
* You are structured and have an eye for detail;
* A proactive approach;
* Able to work independently and within a team;
* Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English;
* Able to influence effectively and build working relationships;
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Sytems;
* You are ambitious and always challenging yourself
