Are you a German, English, French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch or Nordic native speaker and do you want to work in the center of Amsterdam?

Your tasks will consist of:

• Providing clear and excellent endusers and retail support
• Offering assistance on a wide range of technical issues
• Presales advice & troubleshooting
• Procedural assistance for after sales logistic 

We are looking for:

• Experience in customer service or support
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Service orientated team players
• Availability for at least one year
